The company was incorporated in January 2002 and has a registered head office and manufacturing facilities located in Fuentes Claras, Spain. The company produces and assembles interior and exterior products for the automotive industry. It offers bumper systems and front end modules, including painted bumpers, pedestrian protection, and crash management products; and exterior systems, such as car bodies, outer skin components, system components, exterior modules, rocker panels, fenders, and spoilers. The company also provides cockpits and instrumental panels, including middle consoles and surfaces; and interiors, such as interior systems, door panels, and side door and interior claddings.
